The assurance of quality is fundamental for all work undetaken by the Company and it will always be our objective to achieve the highest possible standards of cleaning and customer service. All cleaning is performed in accordance with the British Institute of Cleaning Science cleaning standards.
Monitoring Standards
All of our sites have an experienced Contract Manager who is responsible for managing the teams of cleaners and monitoring standards. Using our automated quality control system we manage, schedule and monitor regular site audits, which we mark using the traffic light system which is a simple way to see quality at a glance. Audit results are input directly on to the systems by the Contract Managers and results are audited on a monthly basis by the senior management team.
